Traffic Accident Reporting

The Washington State Patrol Collision Records Section provides a web based program which allows citizens involved in a traffic collision that was not investigated by law enforcement to complete and submit collision reports online.
 
Citizens are able to complete their own report and receive a collision report number upon completion.  The collision report number is a key piece of information for parties as they make efforts to get their vehicle and/or property repaired.  The program will also allow users to print and/or save the completed report for personal records.
