Customer Service provides a single and centralized location for Mercer Island residents, businesses, and visitors to access City services Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.  They can help with:

  • Service requests and issue reporting
  • Community Planning & Development questions and check-in
  • City meeting information
  • Receiving project bids and proposals
  • Obtaining community resources and other general information
