Sept 27 - Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission meeting of October 6, 2021, is canceled. The public hearing that was scheduled for October 6, 2021 has been RESCHEDULED to November 3, 2021.
The Planning Commission will hold a rescheduled public hearing on November 3, 2021 a proposed amendment to the Mercer Island City Code (MICC) to update the Town Center Retail requirements in MICC 19.11.020. The scope of the proposed code amendment includes revising the retail use adjacent to street frontages requirements as well as adding a commercial floor area ratio requirement and a limited no net loss requirement.
