Impact Fees

Impact Fees are charged at the rate in place at the time of permit issuance.

Utility Connection Fees Collected by the City 

Water and Sewer Connection Charges are charged at the rate in place at the time of permit issuance. 

A one-time SPU Facilities Capacity Charge will also be applied to new and upsized water services.  This fee is collected by the City and passed on to Seattle Public Utilities.
