Mobile Food Operation Permit

FOOD VENDOR OR CRAFT VENDOR USING OPEN FLAME DEVICE

All mobile food vendors that operate on Mercer Island are required to obtain a permit, lasting a year, to be approved by the Fire Marshal.

Prior to clicking on the link below to apply, please note:

• The form must be completed on a smartphone with built in camera
• You have physical access to your mobile food operation while completing the form
• You have already obtained a Food Truck Inspection from a King County Partner
• At this time we are only able to take credit card
• The cost of a one year permit is $50
