Arbor Day | Clarke Beach Park

Arbor Day 2025!

Come celebrate Arbor Day with Mercer Island Natural Resources Team! Arbor Day is an annual event where we celebrate our urban canopy and help to create future healthier forests.  This year, we'll be planting a couple hundred native plants in Clarke Beach Park. We will also be spreading a thick layer of mulch to help protect the plants from weed regrowth!

• When: Saturday, October 25^th, 10am-1pm
• Where: Clarke Beach Park
• What to bring: Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring a water bottle. Small snacks, lunch, gloves, and tools will be provided.
