Join us at Clarke Beach Park for our final BAT Night of the season. We’ll be teaching all about our local bat populations and then participating in the Bat Activity Trends (BAT) project. This community science program helps to track bat activities in parks across the region. Be prepared to explore the park just after sunset and help make counts on these fascinating flying friends!

No experience necessary. All ages welcome. Please note: we require participants aged 14 and under to volunteer with a parent or guardian at a ratio of 1 adult to 3 kids.

  • When: Wednesday, September 10th, 7-8pm
  • Where: Clarke Beach Park
  • What to bring: Dress for the weather in comfortable clothes. Bring a water bottle and a headlamp. Small snacks will be provided.
