Senior Social Seminar

Join us and Molly Rapozo from Pacific Neuroscience Institute's Food, Mood & Function Presentation.

Designed to help participants understand how everyday dietary choices influence mental health and cognitive performance. The session explores how specific nutrients and eating patterns support brain function, emotional stability, and overall mood. Attendees will learn which foods can help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and support memory, as well as the ways processed foods, refined sugars, and unhealthy fats can negatively affect mental clarity and emotional wellbeing. The class also includes practical strategies for reducing harmful foods and boosting memory in real‑life situations.
