City Council Regular Hybrid Meeting
The hybrid meeting will be live streamed on the City Council’s YouTube Channel.
Individuals wishing to speak live during Appearances (public comment period) must register with the City Clerk at 206.275.7793 or cityclerk@mercerisland.gov before 4 PM on the day of the Council meeting. Each speaker will be allowed to speak for three (3) minutes. A timer will be visible to online to speakers, City Council, and meeting participants.
Written comments may be sent to the City Council at council@mercerisland.gov.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Renewal of Interim Regulations Related to Emergency Shelters and Housing, Transitional Housing, and Permanent Supportive Housing - Ordinance No. 26-02 – Public Hearing March 3, 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Mercer Island City Council will hold a public hearing at its Hybrid Meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at approximately 5pm, to receive comments on Ordinance No. 26-02, renewing interim regulations in MICC 19.16.010 related to emergency shelters and housing, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing in response to E2SHB 1220.
The public hearing will be held in person and using Zoom. The public will have the opportunity to comment during the public hearing by either attending in person, calling in, or logging onto the meeting via Zoom. Written comments may be submitted to the City of Mercer Island by e-mail to council@mercerisland.gov until such time that the public hearing is adjourned.
