Notice of Public Hearing - City Council - June 2 - Ordinance No. 26-05

April 29 - Notice is hereby given that the Mercer Island City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at approximately 5pm, to receive comments on Ordinance No. 26-05, renewal of interim regulations related to HB 1110 (Increasing middle housing in areas traditionally dedicated to single-family detached housing) and HB 1337 (Expanding housing options by easing barriers to the construction and use of accessory dwelling units) in Title 19 MICC.

The public hearing will be held in person and using Zoom. The public will have the opportunity to comment during the public hearing by either attending in person or logging onto the meeting via Zoom. Written comments may be submitted to the City of Mercer Island by e-mail to council@mercerisland.gov until such time that the public hearing is adjourned.
