Notice of Special City Council Meeting - Aug 14 Executive Session

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING – EXECUTIVE SESSION

Notice is hereby given that the Mercer Island City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, August 14, at 12:00 pm for approximately one hour – no action will be taken. The purpose for the Special Meeting is to conduct an Executive Session to discuss with legal counsel pending or potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).

City Councilmembers, legal counsel, and staff will participate in the meeting remotely using video conferencing technology provided by Microsoft Teams.
