NOTICE OF VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING
Mercerdale Playground Renovation – April 14, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the City of Mercer Island invites park users, local residents, child advocates, and children to participate in a virtual public meeting for the Mercerdale Playground Renovation on Wednesday, April 14 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, using teleconferencing technology provided by Zoom. 

Staff and consultants will present a number of potential layouts and playground components, and gather feedback from adults AND children on their preferences for play options via rapid live polling. 

Topics covered will include: structures vs. ground-based designs; types of play offered; color palette; surface options; equipment preferences.
