Restoration Event | Pioneer Park

On Saturday, City of Mercer Island will be supporting local girl scouts in their goals of educating the public about English ivy and its impact on native ecosystems. Join us for a volunteer event where we will be removing ivy from Pioneer Park.

• When: Saturday, May 18^th, 10am-12pm
• Where: Pioneer Park NE, Meet at the corner of Island Crest Way and SE 68^th St. Follow VOLUNTEER EVENT Signs
• What to bring: Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring water. Small snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
