26-06 - RFP - Parking Enforcement System

Notice is hereby given that the City of Mercer Island (City) is announcing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to implement a Parking Enforcement System. The City intends to select a vendor that can deliver a secure, scalable, and configurable Parking Enforcement System that integrates with existing City systems and supports license plate recognition (LPR) enforcement, mobile field operations, and virtual permitting (optional but preferred).

Proposals must be received, not sent, no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Proposals will only be accepted via electronic transmission. Submit proposals to: carson.hornsby@mercerisland.gov with the email subject line titled: “Parking Enforcement System Proposal 2026”.
