Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) Fitness Class

SAIL is an evidence-based fitness program designed for adults 65 year and older.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
2 Sessions Offered: 10:30-11:30am & 12:00-1:00pm
Mercer Island Community and Event Center

Drop-in Fee of $5 for Resident, $7 for Non-Resident. Punch Pass is available.
The program focuses on improving strength, balance and overall personal fitness.
Participation in the SAIL program:
- Proven to reduce the risk of falls and injury.
- Helps seniors stay active and independent.
- Is most effective when practiced 2-3 times per week.
