21-30 RFQ - Basin 40 Sewer Rehabilitation/Replacement Design

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: 21-30

Notice is hereby given that the City of Mercer Island (City) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms to assist with sewer pipe rehabilitation and replacement in Basin 40. Work includes determining the appropriate rehabilitation methods, designing plans, developing bid documents, and providing construction support services. Additional work involves preparing trenchless pipe rehabilitation specification templates. The complete RFQ can be downloaded at www.mercerisland.gov/rfps.

Statement of Qualifications, as outlined in the RFQ package, must be received, not sent, no later than 2:00 PM on June 30, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the temporary closure of the Mercer Island City Hall building, all SOQs will only be accepted via electronic transmission. Submit SOQ packets to: publicworks@mercerisland.gov with title: “SOQ – 21-30 BASIN 40 SEWER R&R DESIGN”.
