REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: 21-35

Notice is hereby given that the City of Mercer Island (City) is announcing a Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified
engineering consultants to provide professional services in performing and completing
the Island Crest Way Corridor Safety Analysis.

Statement of Qualifications with requirements, as outlined in the RFQ package, must be
received, not sent, no later than 2:00 PM on September 3rd, 2021. Due to the COVID-
19 pandemic and the temporary closure of the Mercer Island City Hall building, all SOQs
will only be accepted via electronic transmission. Submit SOQ packets to:
publicworks@mercerisland.gov with title: “STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS –
ISLAND CREST WAY CORRIDOR SAFETY ANALYSIS”
