*PLEASE NOTE: Beginning March 1, 2022, King County will be occupying spaces at the boat launch for construction staging for two years. The Boat Launch and parking lot will remain open with 21 parking spaces available to the public.

**Beginning February 26th, 2024, City Hall's parking lot will no longer be available for overflow parking. Vehicles not authorized by the City will not be allowed to park in the lot. New signs will be installed at each entrance. The public can still drive through the lot to drop mail and utility payments in the drop-boxes. Overflow parking is allowed on E Mercer Way anyplace where it is not prohibited.

Daily, Monthly, and Annual Boat Launch Parking Permits

• Users wishing to purchase either a daily, monthly, or annual pass, will use the PayByPhone application. Users will be prompted to create an account, or continue as a guest. Please use Location Code: 206010 and select your preferred time frame. The existing boat launch kiosk is decommissioned and will not be a valid method of payment. 
• For an annual pass, select 3 months or more in the app. The app will automatically adjust your pass to 365 days from the day of purchase at the annual pass rate.

• Boat Launch Parking Hours are from 5:00 am until 10:30 pm, 7 days a week.
